Recommended harness for spine problems

Our Frenchie is a headstrong 4 year old boy who is now suffering spinal hardening and pain. We are doing all we can for him but he has always pulled heavily on the lead. WE always have used a good harness but were wondering if there are any recommended ones for such a condition
